Does the AI hallucinate or invent answers?
No. Assist uses a strict Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture. It is sandboxed to only answer from the documents the customer has uploaded (e.g., SOPs, product manuals). If the answer is not in the documents, it will explicitly state it doesn't know and route the query to a human supervisor.
Can workers use voice notes instead of typing?
